You will
need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open, save or print the offline
application.
Proposals are accepted throughout the year. Organizations should complete either the
Online Application or the Offline
Application. Completed Offline Applications can be scanned and emailed (preferred) or sent via regular mail.
Organizations will be contacted to arrange a meeting or site visit if necessary
Notifications will be sent via email (preferred) or regular mail regardless of
the outcome
Organizations can expect to receive notification within ninety days after
submitting an application
